Poligamy (an open relationship) could be the solution...

It should be noted that polyamory and polygamy are two different things.

Polyamory = dating multiple people (applies to any gender combination).

Polygamy = the practice of a man being married to multiple women.

Polyandry = the practice of a woman being married to multiple men.

In situations of Polygamy or Polyandry, typically only one person has multiple partners (these partners are not usually permitted to date anyone else) and this is within the arrangement of a marriage.

Whereas, in a Polyamorous relationship, typically, both parties can date other people.
