She basically asked me if I had incestuous feelings for my brother because he has been ghosting me and I am really struggling with that because we were very close and I really miss him.

What was she thinking, that she can say anything to you and you won't get angry? It's ridiculous how some of them shift blame. Unfortunately I have had very similar situations in the past with therapists, such therapy doesn't make sense, does it? It's supposed to help, not retraumatise or provide additional trauma. This profession requires a level of sensitivity that a lot of therapists don't have and taking responsibility for your own words. (What a perfect projection on her part
