I don’t really cry but this song is just desolate. It captures that feeling of being so overwhelmed and emotionally empty to the point where you just want to walk out into the wilderness and never see a human being again.

That there
That's not me
I go
Where I please
I walk through walls
I float down the Liffey
I'm not here
This isn't happening
I'm not here
I'm not here

In a little while
I'll be gone
The moment's already passed
Yeah it's gone
And I'm not here
This isn't happening
I'm not here
I'm not here

Strobe lights and blown speakers
Fireworks and hurricanes
I'm not here
This isn't happening
I'm not here
I'm not here

"My Last Breath" - Evanescence.

And I've never cried to it, but "Breathe No More" by Evanescence makes me have a strong feeling of depression.

Also, "Haunted" by Evanescence, "Snow White Queen" by Evanescence, and "Angels" by Within Temptation all remind me of something that happened to me, so I could cry. I just don't usually.

I never cried to a song before however I made a few songs that made my ex cry and a few of my friends.

Yeah, I like writing songs that people could cry to. It's important to have songs to listen to while crying - helps you get through whatever it is you're going through. :) So writing sad songs can be an act of compassion, I suppose.

Oh, speaking of songwriting...

I write songs sometimes. Once I wrote one called "You Always Were My Savior". It's about a girl whose true love dies and she can't take it anymore. It was my second semi-autobiographical song: It was written about what I was very afraid of at the moment.

The fifth time I sang it for anyone, I started crying. I just... let it out.

I'll have to copyright it before I show it to anyone here, though. i'd really like to post it.

Yes, that's exactly the feeling. I love the whole album.

Yup. One of my all time favorites. It’s so under-appreciated. It's one of the only albums where I can empathize with the musician on an emotional level.
