?? but just because you want a child that is of your own blood that doesn't alter sexual orientation or why you should refrain from being with the same sex at some point. If you wont 'touch a guy' there must be more to it than that? Either that your not interested or that you have just made that a rule for yourself.

How the one thing can exclude the other thing? Julius Caesar, Gaius (Caligula), James I/VI, Philippe of Orleans, the younger brother of Louis XIV, Edward II of England, Thomas Mann, and other "touched" men, but also had children.

I do not know any process which may exclude the one from the other.

I don't want to get into it to deeply, but there is a way for this to actually work.

Now even though I'm open to Women only. I have to face the facts that I'm a bit on the Bi side.

I am all three too. I think asperger and gay has highly helped me to find my artistic expression whereas ADHD has put the brakes on further artistic production. I am very impatient and a painting has to be finished fast...

I am all three three, or also :P

Although my doc says I am quiet gay, or I mean ADHD, just mostly.

I just about have all three. Although you would never know it, you would just think I am kinda weird and funny.

I find people are more against me for being AS than GAY.

I'm not fond of the dual diagnosis of ADHD and ASD. Isn't it just a mite bit redundant? Considering the two are so close in many respects anyway, wouldn't it just technically be ASD?

I could easily say I'm ADHD with mild ASD, but I fit classic ADHD, which also encompasses mild ASD symptoms. I'm diagnosed ADHD after being through test from the age of 2 onward, including extensive tests for what was then simply PDDNOS.

I'm heterosexual and female, though I've done my fair share of messing around with the girls.

I'm a lesbian, am 99% certain that I either have Asperger's. PDD-NOS, or some other form of HFA, but don't have ADHD. But I do have bipolar 1 disorder. I hope to get tested for Asperger's, etc. soon, so I can get an actual diagnosis.

I'm gay and I have AS.

I don't have ADHD and anyway, aren't PDD diagnoses "officially" supposed to supersede ADHD?

"The symptoms do not occur exclusively during the course of a Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Schizophrenia, or other Psychotic Disorder and are not better accounted for by another mental disorder (e.g., Mood Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Dissociative Disorders, or a Personality Disorder)."

How can a person with a PDD have ADHD that doesn't only occur during their PDD, since a PDD is a life-long thing that is happening all the time? And yet lots of people seem to be diagnosed with both.

I do know someone with a dual AS and ADHD diagnosis and he does act very differently than me, he acts ... well like he has ADHD, he has a lot more energy for example.

Apparently the bit about PDDs that I quoted above may go away in DSM-V making all these dual diagnoses officially "legitimate."

I doubt it. There doesn't seem to be any evidence for that.

Bi guy here, diagnosed ADD (no H) at 5, informal diagnosis of AS or some PDD at 26. You be the judge. (I frequently question the ADD)

I'm a gay aspie. The AS I've known about since I was 9. The gay part I realized/accepted only a few weeks ago. I'm not diagnosed with ADHD. Although I do have trouble competing work sometimes and have difficulty filtering out background noise, generally I am extremely focused. In fact, I suspect I have mild OCD.

I'm gay and aspie. The former I have known since was 12, the latter only since my mid-30's. I do not have an ADD/ADHD diagnosis, although my attention span is notoriously sho.... ooh, shiny!
