Neil Armstrong was the first man to dispel the long held belief the moon was made of Swiss cheese.
Yep, it's actually made of Limburger cheese, which is why they kept their helmets closed.

Moon landing deniers are just trying to cover up the real American embarrassment — the fact that they did get there, but weren't the first.
As others have pointed out, there actually is an ongoing conspiracy theory that Third Reich Germany reached the moon first, and established a base there, there was even a movie made that was based around it , called Iron Sky . I'll let people draw their own conclusions. And at least with this conspiracy theory, no one can end up getting harmed or defamed as a result. You either believe it or not. https://medium.com/@viorelsecareanu85/did-the-nazis-land-on-the-moon-in-1945-d262f3a6c9e4 , https://www.howandwhys.com/nazis-on-the-moon/ As for those who argue that it would be impossible for anyone to reach the moon, and that therefore the landing had to have been faked, such arguments have been debunked.
I did a trip to the moon 13 months ago, a day before the last lockdown went into effect, I didn't need sputnik or apollo for the trip. I was cycling/train/walking to the moon. However, I have not landed on the moon or walked. I came about 5 meters from it. Even saw the dark side of the moon, even the famous crater Tycho was clearly visible with the naked eye.
I don't really care if people believe me if the video is real or fake
