Male
5ft 9 1/2"
13st 6lbs

That means I am overweight, but I have been weightlifting for years so am not really much overweight at all. Maybe 6lbs or so could do with coming off.

as long as the calipers can't pinch more than an inch, you're doing alright methinks.

Doctor's the other day, and the same as the past few years:

6'1"
~180 pounds

BP and HR fine, even if both elevated from the usual anxiety.

Female, mid 50's, 5'7", 167#

My goal is the low 140's, and I got close last year on the no food diet, and then my sister insisted I eat real food.

Height: 6', 5-1/2"
Weight: About 215 pounds.

I checked the height on the morning of my 55th birthday, in December.

I hadn't checked (accurately) since I was about 31. Turns out I've lost about a quarter-inch since then.

I may have been under 180 pounds a year ago, during a near-fatal illness.

5'7" and a half; 170lbs. I don't look as fat as that sounds and my ideal weight would be about 160 or 155lbs.

I personally feel height and weight will and should vary from person to person. This is a story I would tell my students when I taught school: I had two dogs at this time, one was a lab-mix, she was short-legged and sort of heavy. My other dog was a deer dog mix and was tall and lean. What if the lab mix had the ability to feel self-conscious and wanted to be lean and long legged like the hound mix; she wouldn't be able to because it is not in her DNA. Human beings are pretty much similar; we have different body shapes and our weights will vary. As long as you are healthy, who cares what your weight is.
