They motivated me to improve my flat by getting carpets and blinds. Not much difference mentally or physically though.

I suppose that's better than nothing- having a nice living space can make it feel a little easier to deal with problems. Still, that's not much help considering how severe your problems are

My schizophrenic symptoms are quite bad at the moment. Mainly tight chest and feeling very tense and anxious.

Neighbours above are also being a noisy PITA.

Sorry you are experiencing this. Unfortunately poor mental health can cause a lot of pain and physical symptoms.

Thanks, woke up with chest pain about midnight and have been up drinking alcohol ever since.

Computer is being a bastard (again) today. Heavily on the gin and tonic.

Very tight chest and anxiety. :(

Really bad physical symptoms at the moment. I feel like I'm on the brink of a heart attack. Noisy neighbours above are doing my head in as well.

Have been a bit better over the past few weeks. Still drinking too much alcohol to deal with stress/anxiety though.

I know it's easy to dismiss me as a schizophrenic crank but I'm not stupid (I used to work for Nokia repairing mobile phones) and I am 100% sure I am the victim of electronic harrassment. At the moment it'a not too bad but in the past it's been horrendous.

I wouldn't give you the time of day if I thought you was a crank mate

Since I found out my family I discovered my brother and uncle on my mother's side boy have schizophrenia. My uncles is quite serious I think because he's been in hospital with it for most of his life but my brother is independent

I always thought I had it but apparently I've not

Nothing changes in my life. I sometimes wish I would die in my sleep.

Feeling pretty crap today. Was planning not to drink alcohol but got more gin from the local shop earlier. Severe abdominal tension and voices in my head. Just taken my olanzapine early to try and get some relief from it. :(
