One needs to register to post. I'm a member and have never had an issues (ie unwanted e-mails, pop-ups, etc.) so I think its safe.
Dr. Sogn seems to ignore posts if the answer is in his FAQ so you might want to read those first. There is a link to them in the introduction paragraph at his forum.
Dr. Sogn does pretty well answer every other post but often not for several days. If you don't get an answer right away, check back in a few days.
Its an open board so others might answer your question too. That's not a problem of course, just realize that anyone can post and some of them will be very knowledgable and others...won't.

There are also forums for Adults with ADHD and for Parents of ADHD children at WebMD. Since the above link goes directly to Dr. Sogn's forum, you might not notice the other boards. Although they don't have medical professionals on these two board, they can sometimes be helpful.
