^Same problem here. I need routines but it takes a long time to get embedded in them, and until then I can easily fall out of them.

Speaking of which, I'm supposed to be working right now...

Yup. Establishing a new routine, or changing an old one can be insanely difficult. But, without a set routine, I'm all over the place and it's almost impossible to get anything done.

I was 4 when diagnosed, which apparently is young. My older brother had been diagnosed long before, so our mother was already aware of the possibility I would fall somewhere on the spectrum.
