The meanness increases in sophistication as the girls grow into women.

I see a lot of mean girl behavior with the girls at the school I work at. I have seen it with girls as young as 4 years old. They create a lot of drama with each other. Sometimes the socially stronger girls will gang up on the socially weaker girls. They say mean stuff to each other. They boss each other around. Two of the girls told another girl that they were only pretending to be her friend. I'm tired of girl drama. My coworkers and I have spoken to the girls about their behavior and we have separated them as needed. I'm tired of the drama. Why can't everybody just get along and play nice? Why are girls so full of drama?

I think girls need more examples of leadership and co-operation among girls.

Yep, they sure do. Women should be building each other up instead of tearing each other down. With women wanting to have a larger presence in male dominated workplaces, you think they would be teaming up to compete against men, but they would rather compete against each other.

If anybody deserves to spend eternity in Heaven, it's Robin Williams. He was such of a beautiful, kind, caring, loving man. He helped so many people in so many ways.

This may be why the women's rights movement is so fractious -- they're so busy cutting each other down that they can no longer present a united front.

Haven't girls always been that way? My wife was in grade school 40 years ago and told me stories about utterly nasty girls who played total mind games on my wife. Being chummy with her one day and shunning her for no reason the next. Repeat and repeat and repeat.

There seems to be a ring leader that directs the other girls in the mean behavior. We saw the same thing in our boy's school. The boys all got along, but one horribly nasty girl playing girls against each other.

There was always a ring leader whether it was the girls that bullied me or the girls at my work that are being mean to each other. Some of the mean things these little girls do remind me of the things girls did to me when I was growing up.

And they turn into nasty adults

There are so many nasty adults out there. My mean classmates from school are mean adults now.

Some people just never grow out of being mean girls but become mean women but they do things in much more subtle ways that are petty and immature.
1. Use backhanded compliments
2. They can isolate you from other people by trying to drive a wedge between you and them on purpose.
3. They can also destroy you through gossip
4. Block you on social media
5. Exclude you by inviting everyone but you to a gathering
6. Talk about their plans with other people in front of you loud enough so you can hear it
7. Invite you to be friends with them on social media so they can show you all their pictures of everyone having a good time but you
8. Rub it in your face that they have something that you wanted and do whatever they can to make you jealous
9. Look at you and whisper into the ear of the other person
10. Find ways to push your buttons on purpose so you lose so they can ruin your repuation. "Look what they did to me."

Women have done all those things to me. The worst ones were women from church and former coworkers.

It's even more fun when women deny being like this.

That's why I consider the women's rights movement to be a lost cause.

If by 'fun' you mean fun for her when she designates you as the primary target of her vengeance, then yes, it could be 'fun'.

Keep in mind that we're getting into "Ms. Strawman" territory here, and will likely be reported for blatant misogyny.

"Women's Rights" is not a lost cause.

Out of five judges in the main parts of the Criminal Court of New York County, four are women.

Women make up more than 50% of the Assistant District Attorneys of New York County.

There's about a 60/40 ratio of women/men in colleges/university in the US today.

Trust me: men have to "step up their game" LOL

As long as you believe that, it will be true (e.g., Self-fulfilling prophesy).
