If the guys are peeping toms who are looking at the topless women in person without permission(like hiding in a girls locker room or looking in through her window) & the women catch the guys doing it, the guys are liable to get punched in the face which could potentially mess with their eyes, especially if the guys are wearing glasses at the time. Kinda like being a pirate in the days of sail.
The reason the stereotypical pirate always has an eye patch is because an occupational hazard of being a pirate is getting stabbed in the face by a marlin spike by a crewmember of the ship that you're boarding. Marlin spikes being tools used by the sailors of old to untie knots- a spike with a big wooden handle -like an oversized phillips screwdriver- that were kept in davits running the whole length of the ship. Maybe modern lady's rooms need to be equipped with marlin spikes.
