ADHD Spectrum Test
Regarding the question of how accurate it is, it cites a bunch of research into the effectiveness of an ADHD self-report scale, but it turns out to be a very different scale than the spectrum test.

Seems kinda fishy to cite research on an entirely different scale at the end of your scale.
