That i badly misjudged characters of people and relatives which eventually lead to the demise of my late husband and losing of my home. Of over 30 years that was completely paid for , and got no money whatsoever for the home
or the eventually wrongful death lawsuite . Concerning. late hubbys murder . Hopefully the Lord will judge them
appropriately .
Seems my ability to make questionable judgements of people ,still appears to continue. but greatly moderated.

I confess that I think cockroaches are interesting insects to study in the realms of nature. I just don't want them in my apartment.

I confess to passing gas many times on the 17-hour plane ride from Los Angeles to Manila.

I confess my kitten just bit the end of my finger so hard I'm surprised it's not severed, and I can't stop the bleeding, but I punished the wrong kitten. :(

I confess that I pretended that the pandemic had been as difficult for me as everyone else. That isn't true. The pandemic was the best thing that ever happened to me. The forced isolation brought me peace, calm, and clarity that I never had before. I didn't know I was autistic. That is when I decided I must be an aspie. And I'm using my autism as a strength and gift for re-building a life that better suits my talents and temperment.

^^^ Likewise.

I thought it was great… apart from the death and suffering bit.

… and the confession bit, it was a good excuse to get out of visiting my mother.

^^yeah, in the UK that first lockdown (the only proper lockdown) was blissful for me. Of course I was lucky to not know anyone personally who suffered.

But I'll confess to getting annoyed when people started showing up on my wilderness walks in places where I've never seen another living soul before. All my favourite solitude spots suddenly had people in them and that sucked.

I confess that I have emotionally conflicting feelings for someone and I don't know if I just care about them deeply in a platonic sense or if I might have romantic feelings.

I was the one who blew up the toilet with a firecracker in summer camp in '99.

I was being bullied by the guys from the older group. One day I saw they're in the showers, so I thought I'd give them a scare and lit one of the firecrackers I had with me. Then after I lit it I got concerned that it might land on someone's foot when I toss it in, like they might lose a toe or something. But it was already lit, and it was in my hand. I couldn't hold it much longer, I had to toss it somewhere. I tossed it into the nearby toilet in hopes the water will put it out. It didn't. The contents of the bowl were dripping from the ceiling, and there was a covering of fog across the floor. The guys went looking and checking out the carnage, they were like "holy s**t, what did you do!", and after that they seemed to think I was "totally cool". The next day the whole camp got lined up and the overseers were demanding to know who broke the toilet, they said supposedly the building owner went to that bathroom there and sat down on it only to realize it was cracked all around. :lmao:

Nobody told on me. When our rotation was departing from the camp they withheld like $5 from everyone's deposit.

My uncle ran the camp operations back then, and I had huge respect for him. I couldn't possibly disappoint him like that. For years I have wondered if he knew.

I seek no friendship here, and I don't wish to know anyone. I posted before that I don't really understand the concept of it, and I fail at experiencing any interpersonal connection. These days I have no energy to get involved in anyone's business anyway to read into anyone's story.

Unless I'm sharing some retrospective wisdom, my posts are for my own amusement. This is the reason why my idiosyncratic humor is lost on most people, because by design I put no effort into making myself understood.
