Yeah but we've all done silly things in our lives. It's all about learning from our mistakes sometimes.

Well I am sure I have told you this before, but I think you need a hobby...like going out and drinking at bars does not seem to give you very good experiences. Like get a model plane kit or model car kit, paint some fantasy or sci fi miniatures if you like any of that stuff, or get a lego kit to build or an adult coloring book to color...like little active activities like that can give you something to do. Also. if you want you can get some beers at a store and drink them while doing a bit of a hobby activity while being around all your stuff rather than being at a not at home environment. You don't always have to go out to a bar to enjoy a few beers...you can do it at home where there is no chance of getting into trouble with strangers.

Also not just talking out my ass, I used to waste my time trying to go to bars and crap wheras I probably should have been looking into more hobbies myself. I got a bit lucky and met my boyfriend on okcupid right as I was kind of transitioning into finding other things to do than just go off to bars all the time. so like sure that doesn't happen for everone so quick, but if you found a sort of hobby you like...you could find other people who are into that kind of thing and maybe find some friends that way.

That they shouldn't do unless you had done something unacceptable. I woulďn't go back there.

You can get a decent date at many other places such as various sport or hobbies clubs where people have the same interests that you enjoy.

Instead of dwelling on that event, guaranteed to be counter-productive and make you feel worse - what about Sweetleaf's idea of finding a hobby or something to interest you that doesn't involve aimlessly hanging around in bars? It's clearly doing you no good.

Well, that's as maybe - but what about Sweetleaf's idea?

I don't think he's reading the parts that aren't about pubs and clubs and following women around.

A good way to get out of the creepzone is to isolate oneself.

It sounds like a bad thing to isolate oneself, but if you get used to your own company, you might be more open-minded to some of the other suggestions here, Jamesy.

Time alone can force introspection.

Going to different places that are not bars and pubs, at least for a while, will make you unfamiliar with those places and the memories of them will be less fresh in your mind, which I think is a good thing if you are experiencing social alienation in those places.
