I think you are likeable, I have had good conversations with you in the past. You know the importance of brevity, whereas I tend to be more verbose, ha ha.

I've recently been ghosted by a bestie that I've found who promised to be bff's and finally let my guard down after a long string of being ghosted my entire life. The only friend I've had that didn't ghost me was a friend for 10 yrs and died of pancreatic cancer. It makes me question "what's wrong with me." I've studied microexpressions and behavior intellectually and have improved my E.Q. I'm currently cut off from nearly everyone and my guard is up more than it ever was before since I had dropped it for that "friend." Anyone relate?

- When I was young, I had high hopes that a childhood friend and I would be life long besties. Then when she reached adolescents, she started losing interested in me while gravitating to being with the cool kids. While we had a two and a half year hiatus, she and her mom came back and made it sound like they wanted to work things out. When in actuality, they led me around. I was so mad at this friend. However, it worked out for the best because she was not a good friend to me.
