I think I read somewhere that men do generally have thinner lips than women but you'd expect at least some lip

I think men are lucky that it's perfectly acceptable for them to grow facial hair to hide thin lips

He’s had David Beckham comparisons as well. What’s your opinion on that? A perhaps a bit round the eyes maybe
