Autism and Fatigue?
That is an easy fix, just eat more iron-rich foods or get an IV infusion to restore the iron levels to their optimal state!
Yip, I eat spinach almost daily, healthy diet and my supplement which has magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc (lots electrolytes)

But consider sensory overload, I'm half deaf from ear infections but my visual demands are high, on other forum a female doctor was discussing cataracts which she wasn't also celiac, said caused by eye drops. Ok, so know old age does do this but I'm thinking and so my boys get additional generic vit B and multi which had vitamin A
Whether my theory on sensory holds up and asd so spectrum indiciduals need vitamin A or I'm just celiac, I'm not doc to prove it.
But I think we all round deficient.
The calcium complex you can use up to 5 tablets for daily dose, but since I'm strict healthy diet, it depends but I take 1 in morning and 1 in evening like as in every 12 hours and since doing this it's more energy.
The generic cheapies must take 2 daily so again I divide it to 12 hours.
Bio-rhythmz so if I exercise I take more, but depends if I eat oats or banana then not too much potassium (as with electrolytes not too much)

Autism leads under development in legs and arms. Avoid spasm 3 Min stretch
My theory is that autistic men need folic acid as apart of vitamin B complex, but essential for women even if you not pregnant.
Yes, folic acid is important for brain development, and there are several benefits to taking it during pregnancy:
Neural tube defects: Folic acid supplements are essential before and during early pregnancy to prevent neural tube defects.
Brain volume: Prenatal folic acid can increase a child's brain volume.
Cognitive development: Folic acid can improve cognitive development in children.
Autism spectrum disorder: Taking the recommended daily dose of folic acid during the first month of pregnancy may reduce the risk of having a child with autism spectrum disorder.
Psychosis: Folic acid intake during pregnancy may reduce the risk of psychosis in children later in life.
Neurocognitive performance: Children of mothers who take folic acid during pregnancy may score higher on processing speed tests.
The US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommends that all women who are planning or capable of pregnancy take a daily supplement containing 0.4 to 0.8 mg of folic acid. Folic acid is found in fortified foods like breads, juices, and cereals, as well as in leafy green vegetables, fruits, beans, peas, and lentils.
Think I have much more faith in any Naturopath. over any MDs ....often Naturopath can root out the source of a problem in a very few visits . And typically have been a better source of nutritional info, for a individual Person, the
Issue is , they usually do not do insurance , but their prices are , normally more reasonable by your second visit.
But if you gonna invest in something,Invest in your Health ....Good health can pay good Dividends...
