I am not a lawyer. This is not legal advice.

However...

Short version: You are likely no going to prison. Both offenses are fairly minor, and not the kinds of things they typically send you to prison for. Odds are you'll pay a fine and some court costs - MAYBE some manner of probationary period.

Do you reside outside the US? I never got the "vaccine" and fortunately I've never been restricted from going anywhere for not getting it, not has anyone asked me if I've got it.

Different areas of the US had very different restrictions.

Yeah I'd be feeling the same

Only advice I can give is for you to dress smart

I think the only time I've ever used an iron in my life is when I've had to appear before the magistrate and it worked for me so hopefully it'll work for you too

I forgot to mention this but I was arrested last Friday and charged with the abusive behaviour and vaccine passport issue. They questioned me for 5 hours and outlined everything out for me. Handcuffs really are painful.

You do seem to keep finding yourself is a pickle don't you

I was only just thinking that before
I'd hate to think he's locked up somewhere with no way of letting us know what's happened

This doesn't make sense & seems very wrong to me. Having a meltdown involving allegations related to assault & disorderly conduct type stuff is something that needs to be addressed immediately. The investigation could & should be done very quickly. Hypothetically the person having a bad meltdown in public with a police officer could be perceived as dangerous & arresting them only to let them out of jail into the public to do whatever for three years while performing an investigation is gross negligence by the police department. I'm NOT saying that the OP was dangerous just that if he had been thought to be the police department majorly dropped the ball. If he was not thought to be dangerous & has not had any legal problems during the three years since, there is no need to suddenly charge him & have him go to court over this.

Yeah I think I get what you're saying there

When I was a kid I assaulted police officer one night when I was out
The matter was dealt with quickly and I got 3 years probation

I'd be surprised if this op has been sent to prison to be fair
