Well, I basically disregarded all advise here. :? And yet... I can now do 25 in a row!

I do three sets of 25 pushups every morning now in addition to my other exercises.

I can't do a single Push-Up, yet I can lift 50 Lb boxes for 15 minutes, before I get tired.

I used to not know how to do a "real" push-up. I probably could have physically done it. I just didn't know how. The kids in my gym class kept telling me, "Those aren't push-ups." I can do a push-up now.
