it can hold the phlegm in my nose

it shrinks the phlegm in your nose so that it becomes little white flakes that travel through your brain and up through your scalp and give you dandruff

kudos to SB2 for slowing hyperman down to spell the word phlegm!

come to think of it, we know the speed of sound, and we know the speed of light. we can measure the speed of a hummingbird's wingbeats.
just what is the speed of phlegm?

It depends on the density of the phlegm, the original force of projection, and whether you are measuring the speed of the phlegm or the speed of recoil of those around the plegmer.
