I need all the friends I have, I have a few other friends too, but they can be busy. I'm just very scared, I feel like I'm going die here, I don't want die at the group home, I already stopped breathing for a few seconds, I'm having more trouble with breathing, I'm doing breathing exercises.

Anxiety

My blood pressure meter stopped working and it's out of warranty. I've got another one but it's a wrist type and it gave high readings when the other one said normal. I've also got a manual stethoscope one but training myself to use it seems impossible without cutting off the circulation to my arm for so long that it'll die.

You might lose the arm....but you won't die !

I will, I can't afford the medical bill for safely removing the dead limb, so it would rot and I'd die of sepsis, as well as feeling silly in the meantime. I also suspect my guitar playing would take a turn for the worse.

You could learn to play it with your feet

Or my teeth like Jimi Hendrix used to.

I feel like my aunt deliberately texts me when she's depressed as opposed to my parents because she knows I'm not good at helping her. I wish she'd talk to my mom so she can help her get better, but she doesn't want to get better so she talks to me instead.

My sleep has been really poor the past few days.

it could be my thyroid, acid relux, anxiety or stress.

something is really wrong with my lower back, it can feel so much better with Advil, but I still have pain. I been having more trouble walking today, my legs seem to be giving out on me, I been doing toooo much walking, my body cannot handle it, I feel like I pass my limit of what I can do, I'm also toooooooooo stress, that causing problems for my Psoriasis & my speech, I been getting new Psoriasis & I can have trouble talking.

I’m sad because some of the wildflowers died in one of the meadows I walk. They were killed by weed removal poisons and fertilizers.

I wonder if there is a place on Earth left that hasn’t been destroyed by humans.
