The original Halloween movie. My friend likes horror movies and that series seems to be their favourite one, so I'm going to try to watch some of them.

Mad Max 1979. I think it's the first time I ever watched the entire movie.

What is your opinion now, MG?

Just watched The Night House(2020 Horror/Thriller) tonight. Really kept you guessing, what secrets would be found, right up to the end. Totally gripping!

A sensational Rebecca Hall plays a grieving widow besieged by potentially occult forces in this superior creepout.

Welcome back! I hope all is OK.

Thanks so much. Just a few health glitches. Hope you’re doing ok too.

Me? May through September? We finally went out for some fried chicken and it appears to have caused a gallbladder attack. I no longer have a gall bladder. Which was oddly boring. The worst part was being discharged so soon after surgery I didn't get a meal from the hospital's dining hall. They have good food!

My glitches were not serious enough to keep me in the hospital after surgery. Your glitches must've been much more serious. I hope you recover well. You are one of the voices here that I hold in high regard.

So sorry for the late reply. Hope you’re doing alot better now, minus that gallbladder. Sounds like you’ve had a rough time of it. Thanks for the kind words. The high regards are mutual.

I watched the new Al Yankovic parody movie “Wierd” last night … Soo funny! Well worth the watch! “Weird is one of the absolute funniest, craziest, and most unexpected movies of the year. It may not be factual, but the film embraces what Weird Al stands for …” Evan Rachel Wood is great fun as an evil Madonna and expect to see many familiar faces parodied, from Cyndi Lauper to Peewee Herman, Divine to Wolfman Jack.

The Breakfast Club (1985)

With the amount of media that references it, along with reviews calling it a classic... I figured I'd give it a watch.

Now, this is bound to be a controversial review, but I found it to be average. For all the hype, I expected some wackier hijinks or something. Frankly it felt more like a TV soap episode plotline than a film plotline.

I should probably start running now.
