Other great albums have come from Yo La Tengo and Palma Violets, and the Vampire Weekend album is probably good but I'm struggling to get into it.

I am very excited about the rest of the year. I am anticipating releases from Kanye West, Arcade Fire, Jay Z, The Horrors, Bombay Bicycle Club, Sigur Ros, Manic Street Preachers (I can dream...), Franz Ferdinand, Pusha T, Haim and John Legend, plus I still have to really listen to albums by Junip, Phoenix, and Imagine Dragons, and then there will be a few surprise albums too...

Random Access Memories by Daft Punk so far has been delightful.

Oddly mellow, catchy, mature, with many throwbacks and influences, that grows more enjoyable the more you listen to it.
