Clint Black has a song called I'm Leaving Here a Better Man. There was a DJ on my favorite radio station who used the stage name Bear Man. As a three-year-old kid I misheard better man as bear man and thought the song was about the DJ.

Kenny Roger's song Lucille I always though he was singing "Four hundred children" instead of "Four Hungry children"

"An old man turned 98. He won the lottery and died the next day." heard as "An old man turned and he ate. He won the lottery and died the next day."

I heard Hang On Sloopy as Hang on Snoopy as a kid, but to be fair, that was probably pretty common.

As a kid I thought he was singing, "You picked a fine time to leave me, little seal." instead of "Lucille"

Wasn’t that in a movie with Clint Eastwood where he drove a semi truck and had a Baboon buddy. They drive all across the USA but refused going to Canada. I think it was called “Every Which Way But Moose”?

I saw a water show once where a Seal was preforming. It swam backwards balancing a ball on its nose while barking.
The announcer and trainer claimed it was singing. Then he said the song was "You picked a fine time to leave me, you Seal". True story.

I'm disappointed the seal didn't perform Kissed By A Rose.
