SSBB should also be an AAA exclusive.

Noooo

Wii games are not as advanced.

PS3 is the best of the lot. Love the exclusives and superior quality.

Oh, and I did not buy the PS3 because of the brand. I bought it because of the quality and exclusives. That, and I don't want to have to use two discs for the same game when things get really advanced. Everyone remembers the X360 breakdowns, too.
Don't assume that PS3 owners just buy it because of the brand name. I really hate defective hardware, and I don't effing care about the warranty.

The storage capaciy of the PS3 is a moot point - the Sony America CEO himself said he envisions the next iteration of the Playstation without a disk drive at all.

Also, how many PS2 and Xbox360 games needed one more disk? Yes, some RPG's come on 2 or 3 disks. I honestly do not mind switching a DVD once every 50 hours of gameplay, and I really don't see that as a valid complaint.

That said, there is no doubt the PS3 is definitely far more reliable (I myself had to go a whole morning without my Xbox when it failed and I had to drive all the way to the shop to swap it - but I could keep all my save games and profiles, so it only cost me half a days worth of gaming).

I nearly bought one, before I reasoned that there aren't any games on the system yet which are worth the price. Owning a PS3 is a matter of preference, I just know from experience that those that own both (or all three) consoles tend to use their Xbox360 the most by far, purely becasue there are more quality games at the moment.

This is not a bash against the PS3 or Wii, it is just my logical conclusion from my experiences. I advise anyone looking to buy a console to have a look at the games available, the ratings of each, perhaps give each machine a test run and then decide for themselves.

The thing is, those PS2 and X360 games are fine for the moment. I would certainly hate having to replace the disc halfway through the campaign.

The PS3's games library is expanding rapidly. And it's much more backwards compatible now.

ps3 and xbox360 tend to have even more of the things I didn't like in the last generation... Valuing graphics over gameplay. I don't give a crap about graphics in a game or a movie, so this stupid HD revolution is a huge waste of time to me. And I was sooo done with first person shooters in like 1997... how they can call a 1080p version of a game that was played out before it even existed "innovative" is a mystery to me.

I love my wii because it is more than just a higher resolution version of the same old thing.

Although I wish everyone else would get off their ass and come out with something as good as xboxLive.

I don't care about graphics, so long as they are up to standard. HD revolution? Don't care.

Why the heck would Rare put it on DS?

Because there are more DSs in people's hands than Xbox360, PS3, and Wii combined

That's good. I love the DS, more than home consoles.

Well, if I were to buy a PS3 today, I would get ZERO backwards compatibility. As for the disk swapping, when have you EVER had to swap a disk in the middle of the action? I take my disks out of my console at the end of each session anyway (since they last longer that way), so after 20 sessions I have to put in disk 2 instead of disk 1? The horror! You must hate watching TV series on DVD, you have to change the disk every 2 hours!

BTW GTAIV does NOT come on two disks, plus the XBox version comes with extra, exclusive downloadable content. It's really a no brainer which version will be better.

I want a Wii, but my family got my brother an XBox 360. My brother needed a really good gift after how he helped out my family during the trials of last year.
