I did a little walking this morning which is my exercise and that went pretty well. Had to stop for five minutes because my lungs are shite but once recovered did some more walking.

Today was leg day. My least favorite day. Meh. I also walked a mile and ran 1.25 miles. Lots of stretching after that stuff.

I just do a 100 pushups every morning. Which I've done for a very long time. I did 100 chin ups for a while, but pushups are more practical in the end. Anything else comes from working outside and exploring/hunting on foot in the mountains. Haven't done much exploring/hunting for several years, sadly, but life stuff there.

Went on a 4 mile run+walk with a friend. (It was surprising how much you warm up & have to shed layers, even when its 32F.)

2,000m on the rowing machine yesterday. I saved up for ages and finally had enough to buy my first ever rowing machine! Got a good one, a WaterRower, using oak as the wood. Looks so pretty. I feel my body has started to change for the better and I have only been using it for a week now. Fingers crossed this continues!

I really like YouTube for the free, variety & quality of workouts. I don’t have to think, count reps, keep track of time… and if you find a good channel for whatever you’re trying to do, they add tips for proper form, better stretch/breathing/back protection/etc.

~30min full body dumbbell workout (it’s been awhile… I’ve been busy & stressed, but tiring out with exercise sure does clear the mind, flood the endorphins+, and give you a good excuse to eat well.
