Toung in cheek and all.
I have someone starting in my group who by all appearences is NT.
She did well in the interviews and had great references and all - she has a few weaknesses like she cannot run software simulations in her head and cannot feel when something is a good solution - but she is just starting her career.
I plan to explain the differences in thought patterns, mind blindness and such to her. Tell her to speak up if she has questions or issues because none of us will notice otherwise. We'll also give her job coaching feedback - mostly technical stuff, different approaches.
Anyone ever done this? All advice welcome
