My target audience for this question is your average AS male. But anyone can answer if they want :)

Since we pretty much suck at social interaction, I'm assuming, like me, you're mostly alone most evenings. So what do you do with this spare time? Watch TV, video games.. what?

I mostly surf teh interweb and play online games.

When I'm not doing the same as psych, I Mountain Bike....sometimes Yoga, or tackle an art project and most often cook an awesome meal.

During the winter it's Internet, TV, DVD, music. If it's sunny and in the 50's or higher, you'll find me on the motorcycle out in the countryside and long as there isn't road salt spread. I will not subject my beloved to that corrosive stuff. More recently I've been thinking about photography and good subject to shoot/experiment with. Thsi all thakes place in my bedroom as i turn down the heat in the rest of the house to 60 so i can save money. I basically live in my bedroom with a space heater. Come out for food an whatnot.

Once spring/summer rolls around I venture out of my bedroom and I'm either out on the bike, washing the bike, waxing the bike, maintaining the bikes, obsessing about my next mod to the bike, staring at the maps of where I want to go next on the bike, planning where I want to go next on the bike, usually end up going down the same routes as before.
Also necessary yard work/house maintenance to keep things under control.

In the dog days of summer when it's too hot to ride or be outside, you'll find me on the net or in the garage tinkering on something bike related.

Fall.....on the bike as much as possible to get as most time in as I can before the weather goes to crap.

Winter....see beginning of this post.

I used to like cycling. But the weather and pollution here isn't so good. But staying in your bedroom all evening can't be much better either. Any other good outdoor activities for aspies?

I usually spend most of the evening trying to decide what I'm going to do the next evening, and often don't arrive at a conclusion. So, I end up coming here.

Depends. Sometimes I go to my friends house, otherwise I stay at home checking all the sports news, eating dinner, watch a bit of TV and surf a bit on the internet for interesting stuff (no not porno, LOL). Besides playing a bit of guitar, that's my usual schedual before I hit the sack.

I...come here! Well, there's a little more to it than that. I go to other sites, maybe take in an LP or two or some TV, and that's about all I have time for. Oh yeah, and dinner if I get back early enough and I'm in the mood to start the oven.

You should try to socialize with the other employees (something that i have to admit is harder than it seems). it helps to ensure that you have injokes and/or understand the social context of conversations at work; which in turn help with one's social skills. furthermore it is a good chance to practice social skills whih are not based around a common theme (i.e. work).

Lastly, i would recommend a martial art (Judo is great fun) as you are able to socialize without having a specific focus on the individual for communication
