i like almost everything. Expect rap and most country. I mostly listen to techno, rock, throw in some classical and folk, maybe a little bit of pop.

I enjoy Oldies, Rock, British Punk, Brit Pop, Jazz, Brodway and Classical. I also like some of the stuff from the 1940s.

I like classical music, pop rock (The Beatles, calm rock in general, and sometimes rock like a few songs by Yellowcard). I also listen to instrumental tracks and soundtracks of the movies I like. I just can not stand rap and heavy metal. I like some techno tracks but most of the times, it is too loud.

I love rap and pop music, as well as a bit of house.

I am into every type of music that exists!! ! I couldn't even pick a favorite genre, although my favorite genres are bluegrass, hip-hop, alt rock, classic rock, and blues and some of my favorite artists include Elton John, Cold, Goo Goo Dolls, Allison Krauss, Notorious B.I.G and the blues legend Robert Johnson.

here we go...

i have lots of everything, with the exception of C&W (what is the POINT of C&W?), thrash anything, what they call R&B these days (no - R&B is john lee hooker etc.), anything by boy /girl bands, in fact, any music which doesn't move me in some way, whether it's because i can sing to it, play it, feel something or dance to it. music is too important to be mediocre.

i have an awful lot of obscure music, which is difficult to categorise, both classical and more contemporary stuff.

favourites at the mo are mediaeval madrigals (Oxford Camerata, Pro Musica Antiqua); the chemical brothers (BIG beats); tambours du bronx (an insane french industrial percussion group); cocteau twins; "pixie psychedaelia" (my friend's group, jabberwocky); arvo part's summa; debussy's estampes; badmarsh and shri (a fusion group, mixing asian tabla with drum and bass); steve reich's marimbas...

erm...i think i should stop, now.

I can't answer the poll, I like almost everything as long as it interests me.
Some re-made stuff ticks me off. I like Celtic Music (Bagpipes, fiddles, Tin Whistles &harps..), Rap, Hiphop, Club, Dance, R&B, Blues, Jazz, Classical.

I have to say one of my favorite timeless bands is Pink Floyd.
There is no classification for their music. It's not really rock, country or anything.

I chose other as my choice of music doesn't really fit on that list.

I like old school rock, like Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.
