Who likes looking at signs?

I have always had a fascination with them, especially road, electronic, and neon signs:

I like looking at road/street signs, graffiti, and billboards and banners for shops. I especially like signs in different languages using different scripts, and also signs that use flashy imagery. Signs with misspellings or grammatical mistakes are also interesting.

When I was in Kazakhstan I took many pictures of the signs and billboards there. When I put the pictures online, some people complained that I took too many pictures of signs and not enough of people or living things.

It's the state Law.... you have to have them on, and preferably on hi-beam, 24/7...

Well, I read them because I like to read, but I do tend to read more than I should...

I like looking at signs. Sometimes they look nice and I've always been fascinated by them.

Interesting thread. My son has been fixated on signs since he was a young baby and still enjoys them. He has Hyperlexia and ASD (possibly Aspergers but he's too young to diagnose). He was reading words at 18 months old due to his Hyperlexia; at just a few months old he would stare at road signs and the like. Anyone else here have Hyperlexia? Roygerdodger, were you an early reader also?
