It's a TV series, but you don't have to watch long at all to see it.

Watched a bit of it on YouTube (no subtitles, but I know Japanese), and then read the Japanese Wikipedia entry about the series. There's no mention of AS, though Shinsuke (the main character) certainly has AS traits.

No, it doesn't mention it as far as I know, but it sticks out all over him. I feel as if I know him. The first time I saw him talking about the correct definition of spaghetti, and movies, that was it. And the weird attempts to smile.

i think i have found a new show to watch. its pretty funny

Lol the title is litterly "the guy who can't mary" (But it's too late for me to check it out at this time so i might do it tomorrow)
