Having more familiarity with myself and AS since taking the Aspie Quiz, I thought I would take it again. My AS score actually went down from 138/200 to 118/200 and my NT score went up. The funny thing is that I don't really think I answered all that differently. I wonder how much of this is related to the quiz changing over time (does it even)?

Has this happened to anyone else?

There are at least 2 significantly different versions of the Aspie Quiz.

How much is 'sometimes'? There will always be differences in perceived degree.

Or maybe you're growing out of it <grin>.

No, the current one is version 45 :-)

However, the last 12 versions have exactly the same 145 questions contributing to scoring, and the scoring scheme is exactly the same. This
is the "final version".

I'd say you'd have to go back to 2005-2006 to find something significantly different.

I think that I chose selection 1 (the "sometimes" one) on the Aspie questions more than I did previously. After coming here and learning how mild I am compared to everyone else, I must have put my traits into perspective.

I retook this last week. I noticed there were new questions on it that I don't recall being there when I took it a while back, and the additional test after the main portion was no longer present. The new questions were about relationships that I might answer if I were single but since I'm married, they don't exactly apply, or I have to speculate how I might be, like would you prefer a traditional wedding... When I retook the test my aspie talent score dropped from above average, to average, and it declared me as probably NT, for the first time ever, but when I retook it a couple of days later it was back to saying some aspie, some NT traits, but my spider graph still had that kid trying to draw the state of Texas look to it both times.

I've taken the test three different times, and my scores were consistent, if not a lttle bit higher each time. I forget the exact number ratio, but my results confirm that I am very solidly "most likely an Aspie".

Questions have changed, definitely. There are some new ones on marriage and courting that I haven't seen before. I think these questions are great.

What worries me most is the lack of feedback on the quiz. I don't get the graph and scores, and the questions of the test don't all show up in the feedback pdf.

:lmao: They do say we're obsessive.

For the record, I was 159/35. Surprising, really, that I've only taken it the once... :)

Uhmm, did you do the test again now, or is this from a previous run? There no longer should be any extra questions about marriage as these were experimental questions that existed up until a few hours ago only. They also do not show up in the PDF, because they were used for researching friendships and relationships (see the results from this in my blog, http://blog.rdos.net).

Taken many versions many times my scores range from 124-58 to 157-35 all say I'm most likely Aspie :)

Ok, I just tried it again. Yep it's different, again. I got 114/113, lovely. And my EQ says 2 of 80. What is that about?

And Vanessa-Jane, I have always loved doing activities that reveal attributes of myself. Go visit any INFP forum, and you will discover that threads where online tests were introduced, tend to be the longest threads. We find them irresistible.
