I don't understand how some users of this site can become such prolific posters so quickly.
Some variables, reasons for high & low post count extremes:speed of internet connection (I've got dial-up), speed of typing (I'm slower than most), and length of each post (amount I write ranges between a couple sentences & a couple paragraphs). Also, number of hours each day one's online & ratio of time spent reading posts vs. writing posts. I read much more than I write, including on WP.
Perfecting a post takes me a really long time, hard to decide exactly how to word anything. Other people may be comfortable dashing off several (or several dozen) brief posts-I'm not able to be that way.
Don't want to get into competition of feeling like I have to hurry up & accumulate posts just to get a larger number. Not a priority to me, perhaps others find it rewarding achievement. Of course, I'd prefer to have a custom title instead of a bird name, but not motivated enough to focus on pursuing that goal.
I keep fretting about having said/done something wrong. Whether it's my OCD or AS, always worry about my postings coming back to haunt me.
