FlakeWatch:2006, where some guy stands outside in a parka and talks about whether or not a single snowflake fell, interrupting every TV show every ten minutes and you can't buy a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk anywhere because the shelves are all empty. Heaven forbid it actually snows an inch, because people in the South do not know how to drive in snow and it is like bumper cars at Six Flags all over the roads.
