I am slightly overweight, but I carry it well, meaning that I look OK. As for eating habits, I strive to include fresh fruits and vegetables in my diet everyday, as well as consuming lots of water. I also drink a pot of green tea everyday, and take vitamins and supplements in case my diet isn't supplying enough nutrients. Some days I graze all day, others I eat 2 meals, and snack on healthy things in between, like dried fruits and nuts. I have occasional sweets, but this usually triggers craving allergies. I avoid soda, processed foods, fast foods, and most junk. (My weakness is cookies.) :)

My weight is in the normal range, but a few more pounds and I'd be overweight. My eating habits vary a lot. When I'm doing well, I think my eating is pretty normal, like three melas a day and an occasional snack (usually fruit but some unhealthy stuff, too). But when I am stressed, I may skip regular meals but eat a lot of snacks, candy, etc. instead, so in the long run I ge tmuch more calories.

I am definitely overweight. I attribute this to two things, one I love soda, two I spend most of my time in my room to isolate myself and eating is one of many things I do to pass the time. Actually I lost about 60 pounds a couple years ago after buying a stationary bike for my room, but a heavy depression set in about a year and a half ago and most of the weight piled back on. The depression is still here, but I am back to losing because at least I felt better physically back then.

I look skinny, and people have expressed concern, but at 185 pounds I am on the high end of the normal range for my height. I exercise a lot, and I try to minimize my consumption of junk food and I almost never drink regular soda. I am very strong, too. I can burn 800+ calories in a single workout.

People have said "Are those your legs or are you riding a chicken?" LOL!

I'm grossly obese and actively dying from it, but can't give up my addiction to an almost exclusively sugar and caffeine diet even though I absolutely hate the stuff, would love to eat healthy, let go of some of my multiple health problems, and live much longer.

I used to jog fifteen miles every day, but that's partly why I'm in a wheelchair now.

I'm definitely handicapped by an obese family that extolls obesity as a virtue and makes fun of skinny. Also have a history of sexual abuse that motivates me to cling to my status of not being a sex object.

Looking for an eating disorders counselor who will take my insurance, should I live long enough to find one.

I have 2 eating patterns

I either eat alot or don't eat much. For instance when im siting around the house everyday I tend to eat alot everyday but once I decide I want to lose weight I do on a strict diet and don't eat much. Sometimes I find a balance between the too when I exercise but it don't last long.

For me it depends on whether Im working or not.On work days, I eat very little since I am more focused on my work, but on days when I am off and I am in school, I eat a fair bit.I dont look big at all width wise.I look average size, and most of my weight is attributed to muscle and tone from the work I do....lots of lifting, fast walking, and both at the same time.I get alot of exercise at work.

For now I am average, although my last weigh in showed I was putting more weight on, so I have reverted to eating healthier stuff now. I used to be REALLY skinny but I just felt ill all the time.

I've struggled with my weight throughout my adult life. I always had a slightly curvy build but didn't start to really gain weight till I was about 18. Since that age the biggest I have been is about 300lbs and the smallest is 200lbs (that was when I met my current boyfriend and was too full of the joys of spring to eat). My weight has gone up and down over the years and it is a constant source of misery for me.

About 6 months back I lost my job and started going swimming and to exercise classes every day. I cut out dairy and wheat and just ate fish, vegetables, occasionally meat, and oat based cereals with soya milk. I was at my biggest then - 300lbs - from lack of exercise working in an office and binging because I was unhappy, and with the diet and exercise I lost about 60lbs. I had to stop exercising about 2 months ago because of time and finance restrictions. I have put about 10lbs back on and am not happy about it. At all.

Right now I'm about 250lbs.

From the age of 8+ I was always a bit on the fatty side, I got up to 12 stone (168lbs) as a teenager, managed to lose 3 stone (42lbs) and then through my latter teens and 20s, I managed to get up to 21.5 stone (301lbs)......finally decided I had to do something about it in my mid-20's and I've now lost 8 stone (112lbs).......still not quite where I want to be could do with losing another couple of stone but I'm getting there!

I managed to swap my addiction/obsession with fatty foods to working out, although I'm told my obsession with running on the cross-trainer is bordering on obsessive: I like to run at least 10k every day on it, but I feel great for it and I enjoy it so much!
