As some of you know I've had a major couple month long time of multiple meltdowns and severe depression. I need help patching it back up, any suggestions?

Oh you mean relationships. At first I thought you meant stuff that got broke during a meltdown. Mostly I just trash it.

Show them you are serious about getting treatment for your depression ( bi-polar?)

Yeah--I thought about my 1984 Mitsubishi CD player that I dashed to shreds in the basement in 1989 after the laser began to mode-hop. I trashed it good that night during a meltdown, then reverted back to my old-fashioned turntable, which still provides plenty of fruit during drought.

Yay--spinny things! :D

As for relationships, I can't advise--I hate them.
