Anyone have any advice on how to make more friends on here? I have two friends on here (both are great), but I'm afraid of being too much of a burden on them. I'd like to have PM conversations with some users. but I don't want to just PM anyone who I would like to be friends with, because I'm afraid that would creep them out. Also, I have trouble with conversations about religion, science, and/or politics, but thrive with conversations about anime, video games, and/or movies. It's not that I'm closed minded, it's just that I'm not as intelligent as the other users on this site.

If anyone has any advice, I'd love to read it.

You have 2 friends? I virtually have no friends on here but I just like to post stuff on forums.

I've made some friends on WP. They just PMed me and then we started talking on AIM. A few of them stuck. And a few just sort of stopped talking to me. No harm done either way.
PMing is the only wrongplanet-friendfinding method I can think of , 'cept maybe a post (like the one you just made).
Feel free to message me if you like.

Having more friends was the whole reason I came back. When I visited here a lot, I never had anyone in particular who I thought "they're a good friend," but I felt like everyone on here was at least a little bit of a friend to me.

I'll be your friend if you'd like. If you want to, just send me a PM.

I'm probably in the same situation as you with WP. I came here thinking it would be easy to communicate, but I have been harshly named for my ideals and preferences in friends. ;(
The only advice I can offer you is to keep your head high. If you are a positive person then you will resonate positivity among those you talk to.

But I could be a friend, if you are interested. I like video games! They are my #1 favourite interest! ^_^

8O That surprises me, because you're one of the most popular users on this site. I may not be a Christian or a fan of animated sitcoms (I've just grown out of them), but if you want we could be friends.

I'm not your friend Tim? :( Did we break up our friendship?

I don't have any friends on here either & I've never even talked to anyone on the site before. But I rarely post so that could be partially why.

Same deal for me, but I will gladly respond to any PM anyone might want to send!
