Congratulations. I'd take a look at how the date went. If it went well, you're got a sure chance. If not, at least you've gained some dating experience.

How do you find other Aspies in the community anyways? I live in a large metropolitan city (not Toronto) but I only know a small handful of Aspies locally through a local group that meets every two weeks. And most of them are far lower functioning than myself.

I have no idea but maybe if your honest with eachother and talk about how far you wanna go then maybe it would work that way. remamber ppl with apsergers can't read ppl right. I can't read my Boyfriend and he is new to me, so its going to be a prosess of getting to know eachother and learning to trust eachother. I sometimes would like to take futher but i find contact hard so im am learning to let him into my space. which is sort of easy but also hard. he is so sweet bless him. the worse thing im scared of doing is hurting him. I think he so sweet i don't want to hurt him. which can be esily be done with an aspi because you never know what hurt ppl or not. Me and my boyfriend both got aspergers. lol
