Jerking off is a pseudo sexual activity to induce a pleasurable total body sexual reaction. Since there is no female God for God to have an actual sexual experience with (if you discount the myth of the birth of Christ) God cannot "jerk off" to stimulate a sexual reaction. It is unlikely God has any sexual organs.

He suffers from self-esteem problem.So by making a universe of minor insignificant carbon based lifeforms that complain about what to him are minor problems it makes him feel better about himself.Like the way most thing come into existence it happened a time when someone had to much wine.I am an athiest.

Well he's for sure got a Sadistic Personality Disorder and is probably Asperger's undiagnosed because he worked on his cosmic project for 6 days and now is procrastinating for ever! Maybe he was disapointed with the result and turned to something else. Maybe he got a life:
