With the right classes, special aids and assistance, its possible they could. But at the end of the day, it's a hollow achievement. A college degree doesn't make you wiser. And unless you retain most everything you learned, it doesn't make you smarter. If you have the money and the determination, the university will find a way to get you degreed. It's just good business.
