There are actually MORE bullies in the "adult" world. BTW I wish I new how HYPOCRITICAL the law was when I was a kid. I never even considered that if I just blew up a school, and killed everyone, that I could actually walk out at 18 with a clean record. I wouldn't do that, but it shows how the system was. SO MANY took advantage of it that NOW they may try the kids as adults. Even THEN, life without parole may mean they are out in a year free and clear. Of course, some heinous crimes are STILL tried under the OLD rules.
