What flavor of fruit drink would your anxieties be? Before you extend your search to the exotic, I suggest you look closer: at the familiar beverages of childhood. Specifically, I am thinking of flavors of Kool-Aid.

However, My Anxieties cannot be described by flavored sugar crystals added to water alone. I'm afraid I will have to make a choice not suitable for minors: red wine. My Anxieties are intoxicating—deceptive, forgettable, disinhibiting—and they're also the darkest crimson—deep, rich, opaque. These woes and worries are tainted with mature concerns, a flavor no child should have to taste even under the benevolent watch of the Holy Church.

Now how would you describe yours?

I don't know if I would describe them as a fruit drink. More like whiskey, where you drink it, and it tastes like rubbing alcohol smells, and you can't smell anything but whiskey for hours afterward. Then, after five minutes or so, you feel very warm and that makes you happy :) but then the warmth leaves, and you become cold :(.

A bottle of mountain dew (not diet) someone shook for about sixty seconds straight, very vigourouly.

I would be Lemmon-Aid Tea. I dispaly both the tartness of Lemmon-Aid and the sophistication of Tea. The people who know me better beware. If they treat me the wrong way, I can be a Bitter Snob!

Hmmm... fruit drinks aside, mine would be soda. Probably Mountain Dew. Soda seems to do a good job I've realized of helping along my IBS when I'm anxious.

I don't get IBS usually, provided I haven't had soda/carbonation. So then I just get anxious and don't have to run to the bathroom, hehehe.

And since anxiety really wrecks my system, it would be a regular Mountain Dew and not Diet since I'm insulin resistant. Yes, Mountain would be fairly accurate.

If I were a fruit drink I would be Cran-Apple since I am a little helpful and a little sour!

If I were a soda, I would be Lipton Icetea in a bottle or can since I tend to try
to be smooth when others try to digest my person in a meeting of minds.

Great topic:

Sincerely,

I'd link mine to vodka, it is intoxicating but it's clear, namely say that cause i'm normally good at not letting others see my anxiety even if i'm freaking out inside.
