I like boxers. They're comfy and loose-fitting. Other underwear can be uncomfortable if it isn't a certain way, and then if the way it fits shifts at all while i move it bothers me. Boxer-briefs aren't too bad though, because they stay in place well.. But i like how boxers feel less constricting.

Boxers in the summer (feels like your not wearing underwear)

Long johns in the winter (besides a toque its the best apparel that you can add to your daily dress, to keep warm)

I was brought up in America where people wore boxers. Then I moved to a society where guys wore y-front jockey shorts.

But.... there was another problem.

Why did guys in those days all wear singlets or t-shirts under their shirts even the middle of summer?

Think about it. It is over 100 degrees Fahrenheit so guys wear an undershirt under their shirt.

Why?

Briefs. Boxers have nothing to cup your equipment, and I don't like the feeling of it just dangling loose and requiring me to always have to adjust myself.

Trivia: I read of an actor, I think it was George Hamilton, who only wears his underwear once, and throws them out. 365 pairs a year.

Briefs are comfortable but then I started getting those skin rashes when I wore them so I decided to move on to boxers and they seem more comfortable for me.

I voted for briefs, but I wear both actually (not at the same time) I usually have much more sensory issues with boxers

Briefs. I don't see why people like boxers, there's no support or protection (sorry, TMI) and they just bunch up and give you wedgies. Seems pretty useless to me. :?

Boxers for me as well. Um, maybe 'freedom' is the word here for I cannot stand 'balls-tightening' briefs at all. To be honest, I changed to boxers around fourteen and only wore boxers ever since.
