Hello, I've never understood the fascination with flowers either, If you gave someone a bunch of animal sex organs they'd think it was gross.

sex organs are considered a delicacy in many cultures around the world. Though usualy, they're ment for males, so it wouldn't make an ideal gift for a girl

:cry: Beebee that's sad you have to buy your own flowers. I think every girl should have been bought flowers at least once in her life before she dies. Adam bought Claire a potted flower, which she thought was nice. Nice enough to grin from ear to ear. And bounce when she told me. At least with the bulbs it will flower every year. A much more life long gift.

When I was 18 I had flu really bad, my bf at the time sent me 12 red roses, I love roses. But I was sad when they died about three weeks later.

Hi 220202...I see this is your first post so welcome to WP. I'm not a moderator or administrator here, I just like to make people feel comfortable...

For the record, any GF I've been with has loved getting flowers. As for animal sex organs...does anyone know where to get them? I'd like to test this theory although preferably with someone other than my vegan, animal liberationist exGF. :wink:
