You sound depressed. I would ask your doctor for an antidepressant prescription. Then, with the help of medication, start doing things like going abroad on holiday, going out to places, and posting on internet forums!

I take a small amount of prozac for sensory issues. I Despise going abroad due to unfamiliar settings, too many people etc but holidays in my native country are nice thankyou.

Maybe a hobby that involves something bright and colourful. :D You could join a knitting group or a painting class.

As an artist, I've experimented with the lighting in my office; it's no miracle cure, but sometimes high-spectrum lights can insert a little happiness into the most depressed of people. Also try the idea of exploring different hobbies; it may take awhile, but don't give up!

Having Asperger's is hard; we can all relate. You just have to keep trucking and know that life will get better.

Do you like comedies? Maybe you can rent a funny movie.
