For the last couple of days, I had to wake up earlier than my usual routine to make it to certain meetings. Getting up earlier had quite an interesting impact on my brain. Waking at 6:30 am for instance meant that I would feel sleepy at around 11:00 pm. Even without any sleeping aids, I would doze off quite naturally and sleep soundly through the night. I am just wondering, what time do other people wake up?

Sometime around six in the morning. Other times, ten.

I wake up whenever the sun comes through my bedroom window - usually around 8 to 8:30, then get up around 9. I haven't needed an alarm clock for months, although when it's rainy and overcast I tend to oversleep a bit as a result.

Waking up has never been much of a difficulty for me. Falling asleep is the hard part.

I get up at 5:48 am Monday - Friday. I hate when I have to get up on Saturday though becasue it's a total different time I have to wake up at. The other problem though is when I go to bed it takes a bit of time for me to fall asleep. It does not help that I try to stay up sometime.

I just always feel I need more sleep. It's even wrose when I go out somewhere because I'm already to just go to sleep.

I get up, at 4 in the morning. 6 in the morning, when I don't work.

when not on an imposed schedule, various .. tends to get later & later, like my body's natural clock has 26 hours in a day or something.

I work 5-11 a few days a week so I get up around noon, now, because I go to bed between 1 and 2. When I didn't work late I got up at about 9am.

I'm almost always up by 5:00 AM. I have the best alarm clock in the world - a 60 pound labrador puppy. Today I got lucky and she let me sleep in until 5:30 AM.

7am but I'll actually get up at 9 or 10am. Sometimes I wake up at 5am and have to get back to sleep.

From the OP's post I'm thinking if I wake up earlier I'd be able to go to sleep earlier. :chin:
I usually fall asleep at 1 or 2am.

I've been off school for the past few weeks so I've been getting up at 10 but when school is on I get up around 8, depending on what time my class is at.

5:52 AM Monday through Friday. I hit the snooze alarm until 6AM then have my coffee feed the cat and check my Email. Have my shower and dress and gulp down my breakfast scratch my kitty's head and make it to the bus stop for work.
