Moving Feet

Does anyone else suffer from moving or writhing feet in the morning when still in bed? Its like you don't know your really doing it? Also sleep paralysis or moving feet when sitting and talking with someone or just when reading?

i don't know if it is a stim, but my legs will bounce of their own accord before it is brought to my attention.
