They're disgusting, and put strain on my poor spinal erector muscles.

Losing weight isn't wise, as I am already lean as an African wild cat. (less than 16% fat when I'm sedentary; I'm going to martial arts class 2x a week and working out a fair bit, so probably less O_O) Any less weight on me and I'd probably just get sick.

Getting cut not feasible. Maybe if I hate them enough they'll get smaller? :D:D

I wanted smaller boobs too and hated mine. I thought bib boobs were ugly and disgusting and I hated seeing people who had smaller breasts than me. I felt it was so unfair.

What size bra do you wear? Not to be patronising, as I'm sure this has been suggested to you before - but, just in case it hasn't - making sure you're wearing the right size bra can really help with back pain and general breast-related irritability, as a tighter band size is more supportive and comfortable.

That herbal stuff looks like nonsense, to be honest.

I have a tight band and correct size.

They are still heavy, and look vile.

I'm not actually in pain. I just carry a s**t ton of tension in my spinal erectors, and I'm sure it's from holding up the weight of said tumors.

Hmmm . . . why is it you say that surgery isn't an option - the cost?

Yup, the cost, since it is elective. I'd like to save up and have it done, but since that is not an option right now, I wondered if there was anything else I could do.

If you're overweight, losing weight makes them smaller.

I have the boobs of the average 3rd grader. But I don't really care. Sometimes I want them a little bigger because when I wear swimsuits It looks really weird. Oh well.

You either have to deal with it or get a boob job. I would try to learn to like them as much as possible as some women would pay for what you have.

There isn't much you can do without surgery. I have C-cup boobs and I like them very much. I like big boobs on other women too, though I'm not sure why. It's a non-sexual thing - I just think it looks better for some reason.

You could try and do a lot of chest, arm and back upper body exercises. You could end up with bigger chest muscles and it might burn some of the bust fat off.

Hm.. 8O I didn't know that could ever be a problem. I'm sorry about your spine. I used to have back issues but definitely not because of excessive boobs. Not that I don't have them.. but.. yeah.
