They're fine, under one condition, and that's that they don't search for a cure.

They seem to meet the criterion set by the previous 2 posters, as well as actually providing assistance.

That's a bad criterion. The JRC doesn't look for cures, either. My mother does, but she'd be great, besides trashing your self-esteem.

That said, I don't see any red flags, but reserve judgment because there might be some.
