For me, its generally fruits. I find them to be delicious and all the latest research you find always says people have discovered another good thing fruits are for your body.

Bananas, orange juice, couscous, salmon, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, lean BBQ tri-tip steak, and oatmeal. There is plenty more where that came from lol.

The benefits of raisins are pretty much lost if you eat them as part of cookies, so if you want to eat cookies might as well eat the ones that actually taste good. :P

-Figs

-Fish

Papayas are native here and Mangoes are cultivated 8)
